The question is why would an interactive agency align the project managemnt office with Human Resources? iCrossing's own Margaret Luciano-Williams who has NO professional project management experience, at least not according to her resume, is now heading up the project management office for iCrossing. What does this mean for the ongoing projects and their clients, their ability to adhere to PMI methodologies, or CMMI best practices? Frankly, I beleive this was just another move by the executives at iCrossing that will eventually come back to bite them in the rear. As Forrester's own Shar VanBoskirk stated in her executive summary "iCrossing's executive vision lacks the focus needed to boost the vendor into the Leader category." I knew there was a reason that Don Scales left Agency.com, I wonder when the time comes for him to leave iCrossing if it will be for the same reason?
