		<description>Yahoo certainly has enough going on that it doesn&#039;t need to put all of its eggs in one basket.

I guess one good thing from this is they reduce any expectations and take some pressure off. If you&#039;re seen not to compete, less is expected from Wall Street.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t see this as a sign that Yahoo is giving up. They already have many more &quot;portal&quot; type systems in place to keep users within the fold.  I feel that right now, it&#039;s Google&#039;s ball to drop.  Remember back before the bubble when search companies felt that search was more of an expense than value??? Obviously, they still have some of that left over.</description>
