		<description>How can they be serious??  The &quot;network&quot; is paid by the amount of bandwidth you buy.  I am sure that Google spends 10&#039;s of thousands of dollars per month to have such access.  Access dollars are also being paid by users which I believe 99% of them do not use all the available bandwidth sold to them.  A retail landlord should not be able to increase rental rates just because a company is using it&#039;s space at it&#039;s fullest potential.  This situation is no different.</description>
