Add PollDaddy Polls to MySpace With Upgrade

7

I just received word from PollDaddy HQ that they’ve added a new Flash version of their sweet-looking polls, which should allow users of MySpace, Bebo and Blogger (among others) to publish their own polls. And it looks just like this…

Hahah! Cool. Reminds me of this myspace mp3 player I’ve seen. Sometimes I’m scared of putting polls in my profile. I’m afraid nobody would participate. :(

Dunno if its just the way that particular poll is set up, but its odd how you can vote multiple times. It says “Thank you, we have already counted your vote” but the number of votes goes up and the stats change.

    Andy – Good post.

I tried to add the flash poll to my Blogger blog,
but it didn’t like the code. Maybe I’ll try again. And yes, I know, I should move to WordPress. ;)

Anyway, interestingly enough, a few of our fellow ex-patriates from WBS/KeyWordRanking/MSI are using PollDaddy to let voters weigh in on who has the cutest kid: http://www.evankroberts.com/2007/01/baby-royal-rumble-round-1.html :)

    Hi Folks,

I work on the PollDaddy.com website, just a quick update, we have fixed the repeat voting bug and have also fixed the problem with integrating the site with blogger. If any of you have any problems with this in the future, please let us know, we will be happy to fix any bugs you come across.

    Cheers,
    David.
