		<description>Google Notebook?  I use it for virtual post-it notes.  Especially when you use the firefox extension - it makes a great way to jot down notes.  You can even note URLs - so if you read something interesting you can bookmark it and note it in Notebook.

As for medical questions I&#039;m not sure how that will work out.  We hear stories all the time of bad medical decisions which happen because someone incorrectly determined their symptoms and googled them.</description>
