Just because MIcrosoft is lashing out, doesn't mean the person they are aiming for deserves it. They are just trying to deflect all the negative comments bloggers have been making (<a href="http://advancedmediacommittee.typepad.com/emmyadvancedmedia/2007/02/cracked_windows.html" rel="nofollow">such as this one)</a>.
