While I’ve not abandoned the link blog (you’ll find lots of great links there), here are some news items that need a little explanation.

• Tom Johnson has 20 usability tips for bloggers. I count us doing at least 17 of the 20. How about you?
• Australia’s Telstra has accused Google of not being proactive enough in preventing spam sent using Gmail accounts.
• Yahoo China has launched Yahoo Space a social network that includes tools for blogging and blogging among others.
• Superpages.com will use ABCSearch (dis) pay-per-click network to expand advertising options for its advertisers.
