		<description>Hm... aggregate Internet penetration in Europe is under 40% according to Internetworldstats.com .  (France is at 50%.)  Hm...  So tops one half of one third of the continent (which makes up one eighth of the world&#039;s population) is watching TV on the Internet.

Who am I to argue?  Progress is progress.</description>
