I guess it depends on what you mean by &quot;proceed&quot;.  If you mean communicate with the webmaster or purchase something it&#039;s probably not a big help.

Since the search results include links to machine translated versions of the actual page, if you&#039;re just looking to do some research to get background information on a subject it can be a big help.</description>
