I could see Ebay doing a very cool "small business program" using Skype, paypal, and their other services. Makes sense. Briggs believes that we should be taking advantage of increased bandwidth into homes to get away from the current browser paradigms. The future of e-tailing is going to include this kind of innovation as well as using AJAX or similar technology to create a buying experience far different from the typical browser behavior we are used to today.
