Phew, let me tell you. Flying back from Hawaii is tough enough - on the body and the mind - but getting stuck at ORD for six hours and not getting to bed until 3am doesn’t exactly help.

Today is catch-up day and tomorrow, things should be back close to normal (as normal as I get, anyway). Thanks to Jordan and our other talented writers for filling in the gaps, while I was speaking at the conference on Oahu (and a hello to new friends, Chris, Dave, Kea, Natalie and Richie).

Anyhoo, here’s other news items that caught the attention of my jet-lagged eyes…

• NBC wants the FCC to force ISPs to police their networks for copyright infringement. But of course, why not? We all know how easy intellectual property law is to decipher!
• Google Blogoscoped has covered Google’s Press Day in Paris. Lots of interesting info, including Marissa Mayer’s comments that search should blend both algorithmic and human-powered elements.
• Neil Patel and crew have beefed-up Crazy Egg to include “confetti.” Now you can learn a lot more about how visitors interact with your site.
