As you can tell, we’re digging out from being away at the SMX Advanced conference. The show was a big success - congrats to Danny and team - and I’ll be uploading more video footage over the next few days.
In the meantime, here’s a look at some breaking news for today…
- Do you need more clutter on your Google Calendar? Google’s announced many public calendars that you can add to your own. Examples include music events in LA and TV showtimes.
- Congratulations to the web analytics guru Avinash Kaushik on the launch of his new book! Do your business a big favor and buy yourself a copy.
- Google wants the government to overhaul the immigration system so they can have access to more skilled workers.
- Google’s filed another new patent.
- Google’s search share is up, Yahoo’s is down and Microsoft maintains.
- Learning from the Dell Hell fiasco, CompUSA realizes that Terry Heaton has found an audience for his complaint about a missing camera. They’re sending him a gift certificate. Via.
