Howdy Jordan, I just wanted to note that last year I made a tool to search all Google official sources (including all the blogs) called “Ask Google” on Feedthebot.com
It is. like Phillips tool based on Google CSE, but I include many more resources on mine, all of them official sources.
It is a good way to see what Google has said about something. It also searches Google help documentation, their sub domains, (code, labs, etc.)
