Are you trying to win the contest for how many Feedburner redirects you can include in one blog post?
Maybe you are trying to hide the fact you are linking to someone, or you have a dislike for traffic from trackbacks

Or, more likely – I’m sharing my Google Reader shared links, which uses the links provided by an RSS feed and a lot of people are using the Feedburner stats tracking – hence the redirects.
