Subscribe to Marketing Pilgrim to Win $300!

The message has been published and the deadline for entries has past. Stay subscribed for a new contest in September.

How would you like have a chance to win $300 by simply subscribing to our RSS feed?

Yep, the RSS subscriber contest is back for the summer and one lucky RSS reader will win $300 to spend on whatever they want! (Seeing as everyone seems to have an iPod these days, we thought we’d just give you the cold hard cash instead)

Here’s the deal. Subscribe to our RSS feed using your favorite RSS reader. Sometime before August 31st, we’ll publish a secret RSS-only message to the bottom of one blog post. It will be exactly where we list our “Pilgrim Partners” ads, so keep an eye open.

Once you’ve found the winning message – trust us, you won’t miss it – simply email the message to contest AT marketingpilgrim.com. We’ll then pick one lucky reader at random.

BONUS: If we reach 10,000 subscribers by the time we pick the winner, we’ll double the cash prize to $600, so be sure to tell as many people as possible to increase the prize money!

The contest is open to all over the age of 18 (although we reserve the right to change or cancel the contest at any time).

So, if you’re still one of the many readers that haven’t quite gotten around to subscribing, now you have an even bigger incentive!

If you don?t already have an RSS reader, may we suggest the following:

    Hi there,

Instead of doulbing the prize, it might make more sense to split it into two $300 prizes. This way some would feel better the chances of winning at least something aren’t decreased by spreading the word to other friends who might be interested in this feed.

    Thanks!
