		<description>Maybe I&#039;m missing something here.  Shouldn&#039;t Perfect 10 at least take the initiative to block search engines from this type of content in the robots.txt???  They don&#039;t have one as far as I can see.

If Microsoft agreed to respect a disallow, then why are they liable if a Web site does not protect their &quot;intellectual property?&quot;</description>

The last argument doesn&#039;t really make sense though. The issue isn&#039;t around giving away free access to Perfect 10&#039;s protected areas, it&#039;s about indexing content on pirate websites. Are search engines responsible for where sites they point get their imagery from ?</description>
