I doubt people would use this META tag also. If I have a page that is only up for a certain time period, I would probably do a 301 from the page to the homepage or elsewhere when its time is done instead of just telling Google that it is gone and not transferring any link authority it has received.

“excessive” reciprocal links are bad, how many links mean excessive?
