More MSFT Gatineau Web Analytics Screenshots

According to Robin Wauters, Microsoft’s free challenger to Google Analytics, Gatineau, should beta launch next week. In the meantime, Ian Thomas director at Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions, gave a presentation that included details and new screenshots of Gatineau.

    If using Microsoft statistics would improve position in search results in live.com using this would make sense.

    I agree with what Dave Naylor said on his site: “I’m not saying Bail on Google Analytics run them both side by side then choose.”

    Now that competition has arrived for free analytics, this will only make Google Analytics better. The fact that is comes from Microsoft will only incent Google further.
