AOL is the perfect case study for any high tech company on how to fall from grace. They used to be THE high tech story but they dropped the ball way to amny times on various projects.

AOL is turning into the MSN of “new product” launches - nothing ever really sticks or becomes popular. Perhaps they should start acquiring more companies like Google.
