I know there is this big race to see who can create the best application platform for their site, but I wonder which will be the first to offer their site as an application. Businesses, organizations, and thousands of others could plug the Facebook code into their site and have an easy and time tested social networking app at their disposal.

Even with MySpace launching a new platform that is supposed to be a “far more lucrative environment for outside developers on MySpace than currently exists on Facebook”, I still don’t believe this will give MySpace the edge over Facebook that they desire. Facebook is out-pacing them in growth at a shocking level.
