    Wish they’ed spend a little of that on customer service instead…. Then they might be able to keep my custom, instead of spending huge amounts on getting new customers.

    Yes, I would very much like to manage their account. I may even consider a discount!

    I however think that it is money well spent if they know what to do with the results that they are getting. Unfortunately, it does not appear to be the case.

    Isn’t that cost per conversion a bit too high. I can’t imagine they even earn that much on a customer for several years…
