One of the things I&#039;ve noticed in their rankings the last few months is they&#039;ll often have several versions of your site listed. I have a domain that redirects to my blog and both domains are listed with different authority. You&#039;d think they could figure out the two URLs are one in the same.

I&#039;m not sure ranking is what Technorati is really about, though. It might be for bloggers, but people searching for blogs might not care as much if your authority goes up or down. They&#039;re just interested in finding posts on a given subject.

It&#039;s kind of like Google and PageRank. PR could completely go haywire and SEOs everyone could start bashing Google over it, but if the search results still appear good to users then they won&#039;t be losing many.</description>
