    great advert – thought provoking and funny. It’s a useful wake up call, especially for marketers and ECommerce companies who may have found themselves stuck inside an ideas box that is limited to coupons and competitions – which is most!

    Andy this really got the point across. Basically, we need to pay more attention to customers and less attention to what “we think” we know about them.

    Very nice post. I do video marketing, and mostly on YouTube. Videos just help presell the audience better. Then Tube Automator lands my videos front page of youtube. YouTube videos usually are the first few results on Google, so it makes it easy to get traffic for hard to rank keywords.
