great advert - thought provoking and funny. It’s a useful wake up call, especially for marketers and ECommerce companies who may have found themselves stuck inside an ideas box that is limited to coupons and competitions - which is most!

Andy this really got the point across. Basically, we need to pay more attention to customers and less attention to what “we think” we know about them.
