		<description>IMHO calling UC a patent troll is not fair. In my mind, a patent TROLL is a company that does NOTHING but buy and enforce patents. That is the entire business, they produce nothing of value, they just use the legal system to extort other companies. 

The UC system creates a lot of intellectual property, which they then benefit from, which is the idea behind patents.</description>
