I liked the research discovered about these kids having no patience. We were just talking the other day about people and how they seem to be less patient and we gave the Internet full credit. Instant gratification has become the norm for many of us.

That's quite impressive, I actually remember myself and my better half talking about how it seems that we didn't know anything (way)back when we were young compared to the youth nowadays and the interesting thing is that our children will say the same thing about their kids as well.

My nephew is just 6 and manages to search on the Internet for craft ideas (Origami is his favorite passtime), watch videos about the same, learn and then recreate the piece. Its quite amazing.

My son was born before 1993 so that he can't be considered as part of this "generation", but I can tell you first-hand that he is as Internet savvy as it gets and that, in my book, the biggest mistake marketers can make is underestimating young people.
