Google has passed Microsoft and the BBC to become the UK’s strongest brand, according to a new report from Superbrands.

It doesn’t surprise me that Google is number 1. What does surprise me however, is that Apple dropped out of the top 10. Especially with the iPhone launch.

Google seems pretty unstoppable at this point in time! But we have to give credit where credit is due. They have had a great impact and so far a very positive effect on our lives. Who could imagine not searching on Google?

Yeah it’s a little surprising that Apple dropped out of the top 10. Congrats to Google that is a pretty impressive accomplishment given the time periods. Pretty good indication of the power of the Internet and how much the world uses it.

Its surprising that apple isnt even in the top ten, microsoft I can understand (since the UK has issues with it). Google is going to be a force to be reckoned with

Yes, but the BBC isn’t really thoughtof as a “brand” coz it is so all encompassing in UK life. It is unlikely you will have a day without something BBC related entering your life.
