Short Picks today, but a lot of fun:
- A source tells Reuters that there will be a live Android phone demo on Monday. The prototype is said to be made by British chip designer ARM.
- As if it were a follow up on yesterday’s Bebo rumors, today Plaxo is rumored to be sold to Google for $200M?

My question is this. If a competitor uses my trademark business name in a paid position on google are they infringing on my trademark. Moreover, this is damaging - takes business from me. Do I have any recourse? I know in printed media you have to display the R registed of TM trade mark symbol. The ad is authored by my competitor and google posts it. Do I have any right here?
Thanks, Mike

It’s my understanding that you need to file notice with Google.
