For those of us that are prepared, we can enjoy these picks:
- I’m loving Techmeme’s new RSS and Twitter additions. Their “Firehose Twitter” feed means that I’m updated the moment a new story hits the homepage of Techmeme. Very cool.
- Not sure why we didn’t get to this yesterday, but while Google was picking up Nokia, it was getting dumped by T-Mobile in favor of Yahoo.
- Answers.com cancels its
IPOpublic offering claiming “unfavorable market conditions.” I don’t know, if you have a hot company, does it matter when your IPOshelf offering is? I guess Answers.com is not so hot.
- Matt Cutts has confirmed Google’s Toolbar will hijack certain 404 error pages. Meanwhile, TechCrunch’s poll shows that 75% of its readers are against the practice.
