    Monitoring your competitors is an age old trick. It works great. But I think few people actually do it.

    As ever, I guess time is a major factor.

    What I did find midly ironic was tha the blocky video (well, on my works PC it sure was!) was sat just above another blog tagline “Why You Tube Must Offer Hi Res Videos” !
