• Good to hear that federal judges have at least a modicum of common sense: Craigslist isn’t liable for discriminatory ads placed in their listings. My favorite part of the ruling, not quoted in this article, is that holding Craigslist liable would be like blaming a bank for bank robberies because people keep their money there.
• Bloomberg reports that “Time Warner’s Acquisition of Bebo May Not Fix AOL.” Y’don’t say.
• Hitwise reports that Yahoo! Buzz is catching up to Digg.com. Wait, what?!
• CBS has money-making blog widgets and they’ll share the profits: will the model work for them?
• The FTC has ruled in the CAN-SPAM case against ValueClick: ValueClick to Pay 2.9 Million
