SXSW kicks off today, and I’m here to talk about my new book Radically Transparent–did I mention I have a book out?
If you’re in Austin, please stop by the Adobe Day Stage at 4:30pm and then a book signing afterwards.
If you’re not able to get to SXSW, your consolation prize is the links below:
- Jason Calacanis has been out of the news for more than 2 minutes, so offers-up his prediction Google will gain 90% share within twelve months.
- A UK judge rules in favor of Yahoo over whether it can be held responsible for trademark infringement–when no actual trademark is shown.
- Google TV Ads could be coming to the UK market very soon.
- Once again we get a chance to learn about Associated Content’s business model.

Aren’t Google TV ads having a hard time launching in the U.S.?
90%!!!! - Google has to love his prediction but that’s a significant increase. I doubt our site would mind it

Jason’s prediction is pretty bold, and he presents his supporting arguements in a pretty effective manner, but I still can’t fathom how google could possibly reach 90%? I can possibly see 80%, but getting conversions from that extra 10% gets increasingly hard. I’ve jotted a note down to check this data for myself on March 7th, 2009.
