THe most well known might be Swoogle. This site allows you to search through ontologies, instance data, and terms. It also provides meta data for Semantic Web documents and supports browsing the Semantic Web. I wonder if this would favor theming a website as opposed to each individual page? It does open the doors for more manipulation but I don't doubt that the technology for making something like this work exists.
