		<description>You mentioned that those looking into Web 2.0 are already behind because the industry has moved on to Web 3.0 and Web 4.0.  I&#039;d be interested in your take on what Web 3.0 and Web 4.0 are or will be, as there seems to be no definitve definition.  

My theory is that Web 3.0 is a term used by consultants to pretend they know something that Web 2.0 consultants don&#039;t know.  Web 4.0 is the Web 2.0 consultants saying &quot;Not so fast Web 3.0 Consultants&quot;.  Of course I am just cynical like that ;)</description>
