Does your internet marketing agency have it’s business strategy figured our for 2008? Do you know how you’ll grow your revenues this year?

Since becoming a consultant, I’ve been blessed to be able to work with some of the smartest search marketers around, and help them grow their business.

I don’t always get to reveal which companies I work with, but thanks to Lance Loveday of Closed Loop Marketing for sharing this testimonial:

“Talking to Andy was a real epiphany – he helped me cut through the clutter to identify the key activities that I need to focus on in order to successfully manage and grow my search agency. I’m feeling more focused and energized than ever since my coaching session. Most important, I now have a clear vision and execution plan laid out in front of me.”

Thanks Lance, I know you’re going to have huge success in 2008 and I can’t wait to read your new book: Web Design for ROI.

  • Online marketing can change like the wind sometimes so it is important to always be a few steps ahead and have your homework done. Keep your strategy to a multi pronged strategy and things should be ok.

  • Even if youdo not have a “Search Marketing Team” does not mean you cannot complete with the likes of Ad Agencies that sell SEM services. The truth is (in my opinion) that you can, in your spare time read all that you need to know from Google, MSN, Yahoo etc, in order to optimize your web pages. In the end if you follow the top three search engines own advise, you will certainly see greater results in natural search. As far as Paid media buys are concerened the same theroy applies, the only real difference is, this take a bit more of your time to monitor your buys and thier subsequent success and or lack thereof. Either way, if you are willing to spend a bit of time, you can make a difference on your own without the large (50k-1mm) inventment.
