Now, That’s Customer Service!,” expect a silly amount of backlash. That’s right, because TechCrunch (and Marketing Pilgrim, too) is up there with the New York Times when it comes to a serious journalistic standard. Geez.

I can’t wait to see the Android – probably won’t buy it but a Google phone has got to be impressive.
