Ouch. No sales tax is one of the reasons why so many people like buying online.

Leave it to New York to challenge a court ruling that has already been handed down in favor of the business sector. OK, an “affiliate” is a different twist, but c’mon, anything for a buck…

I am not a resident of New York, but I do enjoy traveling there and taking in all there is to see and do. The businesses and state of NY make a lot of money each year from tourism alone. What’s next? Are they going to debit my checking account each time I think about booking a flight to take in a Broadway show?

The citizens of NY need to get these “great” think tanks out of public office and replace them with people that can be productive for businesses and consumers alike.

This needs to be won by Amazon or I have a feeling we’ll be seeing more of this kind of thing in the near future. Your point about the billboards puts it in perspective.
