Language is a tool, and the tools are presently hard at work disguising the true intent of Microsoft. MSN
is hardly a huge success, and they need to get into the market in a huge way, as open source software like Linux and OpenOffice is eroding their traditional market at a huge rate of knots.

Those are strong words! Perhaps what is meant is that presently, they do not have any proposals on hand to pursue!
