Videos simply make sense.

Sad to say, people are just plain to lazy to read and while audio avoids that issue video adds in the added option of being pictoral.

No matter what happens with the current lawsuit aginst YouTube, it is more than clear that Video will not be leaving the Internet scene any time soon.

Video is becoming the vocabulary of the internet. Every new technology starts with the content of that which it replaces; radio started with vaudeville routines, early TV shows were radio shows, and so on.

The message: ALL of us should have video on our sites. Jump on the band wagon folks. After all, you wouldn't televise turning the pages of a book, right? Have you looked at your website lately?!

Amazing how much bandwidth is getting used by videos. Would the internet be faster without all these videos?

Hey Oliver. No kidding! I was thinking the same thing when I first looked at the numbers. Even with some fudge factor (since comScore isn't always the most accurate source), these are some compelling numbers.

Bottom line? As a marketer, if you were on the ledge and needed any further catalyst to jump into a video campaign - this should do it!

Amazing. I spend a LOT of time on the net for work, and I think I watch a video/day at most.

My kids spend an hour or two each and they probably watch two videos a day.

Who *are* these people?

-OT

PS - Does anyone make money on this?
