Icahn has a proven track record in business, Yang with all respect has limited experience. Granted he has loads of money, but that itself does not make one a great business person. Icahn has spent years honing his skills and if it were my money it would be on Icahn. Yang had his turn at the helm, Yahoo profits are sinking and certainly not competative witht he like of Google. I think that a Microsoft Yahoo merger would not only be good for MS and the balance of Yahoo as a company but would also spark greater innovations for the search industry as a whole.

Trouble in paradise huh? Not much of a surprise here, the deal from Microsoft was a good one, and Yahoo should have taken it. If I was a shareholder, I'd be plenty annoyed as well.

WOW - Yahoo seems like it's getting into some trouble.

I'd bet that Microsoft is still interested but I'm not sure that they'll pay as much as they would have.

Icahn you expect but you know you're in trouble when Detroit doesn't like you too.
