They&#039;re already monetizing some 5 billion impressions a month on their content network, but video inventory is still scarce - especially the monetizable one - so funding Mogulus sounds like a pretty natural move. 
They&#039;ve already paved the road by transitioning their inventory over to ADTECH, and probably the deal included less ad serving fees for in-stream ads.
