    Unfortunately, obituary leaks aren’t a very rare occurrence, since it’s standard practice to have them ready ‘just in case’. Accidents happen but it’s still inexplicable how can someone ‘accidentally’ publish something like that?

    I think that it was the most insensitive and cruel thing to do to write an obit for Steve Jobs. This is unforgivable no matter what retraction or apology or whatever. One has to be extra careful when the individual concerned has been going through a bad health patch and is an important person for thousands of stake holders.
