The second ad in the MS series, left me scratching my head and wondering what is going on! What is going on? Anyone has any clue?

Just like Seinfeld was about “nothing” so is the ad. The problem is that Jerry Seinfeld lost his cultural relevance about 10 years ago when his show ended, and wouldn’t really appeal to young potential computer buyers. Believe me, I am.

The new bill gates and jerry sienfield commercial is off the wall weird.

Personally, I think that IF Google did acquire the Korean blogging firm, it won’t be enough to help them gain a foothold in the Korean search market, mostly because the way the Korean equivalent of search is more like our portal (and that’s they way (uh huh uh huh) they like it (uh huh uh huh)). Google.com, even in Korean characters, is a completely different way of finding information than Naver.com (the top Korean “search engine,” last I heard).

Wow, I never heard about this Korean blogging software. It looks like wordpress but don’t know what makes it different than other popular blogging software.

    Haha true, they are terrible.

That cuil search engine didn’t last long then did it? The search engine to challenge Google? Unlikely…

This is quite an unusual but hilarious ad from Microsoft. And what a combination of characters, Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld??? I liked Seinfelds line to Bill Gates: “you and I are a little out of it. You’re living in some kind of moon house hovering over Seattle like the mother ship. I got so many cars I get stuck in my own traffic”. Hahaha! That was hilarious…
