Blog Action Day: Fighting Poverty with Web Widgets

Today is Blog Action Day and this year’s focus is poverty. I wish I had the time to draft a rousing post that would motivate all of us to do more to combat poverty.

Maybe that’s something you could write for your own blog?

Instead, I’m making a donation to The Global Fund so it can combat AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria–which have a crippling effect on the fight against poverty. If you wish to do the same, you can do so via the widget below:

Poverty is an issue in our communities and my one way to assist, in a small way, is to blog support (through information) resources for those who may or may not have access, time or functional capacities due to present circumstances. A small way in efforts to assist the many.
