Yes, it sounds very interesting indeed. The question I am left with is this: what is behind it? Why would Google offer this?

OK, Google, so when do we get the same functionality for instant indexing by Google web search? That would be cool.

I doubt it will ever come to that: Aren't their results based on ... importance and relevance etc?

The closest thing to that however is setting up a WP blog, post quality content, bookmark and near instant indexing gets close to be boring then. Cause, that is what it does.

This is a cool feature. They should add something like yahoo has with their siteexplorer to allow people to more easily view their backlinks and currently indexed sites. I don’t really have a problem getting most of my sites indexed, but I have in the past.

I'm not sure what they impact will be on web search indexing, but being On-demand means - users can get more benefits. A nice idea but Site Search starts at a minimum of £70 so not free (if I am reading correctly).

The tool is useful to most site owners but it is a bit costly though. By the way, is it a one-time charge, monthly or yearly?

This is a very good idea and useful tool, but for those of us who are just starting out the cost is a bit too much.

I am a student who has a part time job and can't really afford to pay to have my site instantly indexed.

Does this mean I have to put up with google's up and down way of just randomly dropping my pages for no reason while someone who can afford this can get their site indexed straight away without problems.

Yet another way for google to continue its income, I think.
