Google analytics is awesome. It never ceases to amaze me when customers get their first monthly analytics report. The look on their faces is priceless! Nobody can actually believe how powerful analytics actually are. This is a great tip to alleviate the personlization issue to a certain degree, and the best of all is that analytics are free!
