Win Copies of Leo Babauta’s “The Power of Less”

49

<Oprah Voice> It’s book contest time! </Oprah>

OK, so here’s the deal. You’ve read Tim Ferriss’ “The 4-Hour Workweek” right? Great book. Inspiring stuff–and certainly makes you want to live Ferriss’ life, right?

But, it also misses the opportunity to precisely explain how you can get your workweek down to, heck, 30 hours–let alone 4! Well, that’s where Leo Babauta’s “Power of Less, The: The Fine Art of Limiting Yourself to the Essential…in Business and in Life” comes in!

It’s a surprisingly quick read, but is packed full of actionable advice for de-cluttering your life, focusing on your priorities, and getting more out of business and life. Heck, even Tim Ferriss’ praise adorns the book’s cover.

Personally, I’ve already picked up some great tips for focusing my daily routine–the chapters “Simple E-mail” and “Simple Internet” are worth the cover price alone!

But, you may not have to pay at all. You could win one of 3 copies we have to give away.

How to enter this contest? Simply leave a comment below and we’ll randomly pick 3 winners (deadline for entry is 6pm ET this Tuesday).

That’s all you need to do! And, if you don’t win, you can grab a copy from your favorite bookstore or online.

Would love to try out the methods in this book.

I’ve been thinking of taking a more GTD approach but it seems a bit too all-encompassing for me. This might be a good ice-breaker.

    Thanks

The fine art to limiting yourself to the essential eh? Would that mean this book basically tells you that you should focus on what is more important and complete these first instead of the unimportant, useless things we get carried away with? :)

Hey Andy – Rather than just requiring someone leave a comment (and thusly get 50 comments that say something like “i would like this book”) how about adding some minimal requirements like:

    1. Best SEM related joke: a Rabbi, a Priest and an SEO expert walk into a bar…
    2. Offer another book recommendation on the same or similar subject…
    3. Best time saving tip: only check you’re email 3 times a day.

Just seems to me that if your gonna get something you should have to give something.
