Suddenly it began to--poof!-- just disappear completely, sometimes as often as every five minutes. I uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, looked for help-- nothing worked. So I switched to Google Chrome a couple of weeks ago. I like it, except for downloading. For example, Chrome tells me it will take 11 hours to download a three-page PDF. I checked the box that said to open the document after downloading, and am told my document will be open in 24 hours. I've tried downloading approximately nine times and it's the same every time. So I open Firefox if I want to download something. Oh, and I often use Internet Explorer to print because I can use HP's Clip and Print, which saves paper. (That's the only time I use IE.)
