How would you like to win the brand-spanking-new Amazon Kindle 2 book reader?
Well, if you’re already subscribed to Marketing Pilgrim’s RSS feed or email updates, you’re half-way to being qualified for the April 6th drawing.
If you’re not yet a subscriber, it will take you less than 20 seconds to subscribe to either our RSS feed or sign-up for our email alerts.
Then, all you have to do is look for a secret message that will appear at the bottom of the posts for one day only–sometime between now and April 5th. This message will only appear in the RSS or email version of the posts, so that’s why you need to subscribe!
The secret message will begin with the words “It’s time to enter the Kindle contest!” and will then include a message that you will need along with instructions on where to email that message. That’s all you need to do to enter the Kindle 2 contest!
On April 6th, we’ll randomly pick one lucky winner from those that correctly emailed the secret message.
PS. If you want an advantage, follow me on Twitter as well. On the day that we post the secret message to the Marketing Pilgrim feed, I will also let you know on Twitter. That might just help you avoid missing the message and your chance to enter!
Good luck Pilgrims!
* that’s just our opinion, your ease of entry may vary! ![]()
Also, if any laws prevent you from entering or winning, you’re out of luck. Otherwise, the contest is open to all, and all countries, etc, etc.

I guess I’m old-fashioned. The Kindle just doesn’t get any juices flowing for me. I guess one advantage is that it would be more portable than carrying several books around.

Andy,
always enjoy your blogging. When I first read this, it reminded me of those spam ads everywhere for a free laptop, a free iPhone… LOL somehow I think Marketing Pilgrim isn’t quite trying to trick us though so I’m up for this one!

@Andy – I trust you – it just reminded me of those scams, is all! That’s the problem (marketing genius) of scams – they do a good job at making offers seem so great! Your reputation on the other hand speaks for itself!

Hi,
If you have an extra Kindle 2 you would like to donate to a foundation, please let me know. We would do a small fundraiser with it by raffling it. I’ll try to win it in the meantime.
Thanks!
