		<description>There was a great article about Bartz in Fortune a while ago (http://money.cnn.com/2009/04/15/technology/fortt_yahoo.fortune/). Basically, she&#039;s a non-nonsense type, and the kind of person who would see Flickr as nonsense.

That&#039;s too bad, but it&#039;s also what her shareholders want. They&#039;d rather Yahoo! buy dreamers for millions in stock once their dreams come true than pay them thousands in salary to do the dreaming on Yahoo&#039;s dime and let Yahoo keep the millions.
