Still on the fence of leaving my totally reliable, yet incredibley uncool BB 8830 for the Storm. My issue - the touch screen is tough to touch if your fingernails are longer than 1 cm and that's so girly, I know. Plus I just trained my thumbs on how to go where I need them on the mini keyboard. The reason? I couldn't risk the AT&T service that many people complain about. Of course I wanted an iPhone for the "sizzle" but have been pleasantly surprised by the Storm. It's not perfect (yet, future firmware upgrades will help) but does 99.9% of what I need it to do reliably. In the end, that's more important to me than a few more apps.
